Does private health insurance cover your services?

Some private health insurance extras policies may provide rebates. We recommend checking with your insurer. We provide detailed invoices for you to submit claims.

Do you bulk bill Medicare?

Unfortunately, radiation therapist support services are not currently covered by Medicare. We are actively advocating for this to change. In limited circumstances, some services may be funded through NDIS or GP Chronic Condition Management Plans.

Can I access services through NDIS?

If you are an NDIS participant with relevant supports in your plan (e.g., support coordination, therapy supports), yes. We are a registered NDIS provider.

What if I can't afford your services?

We understand cancer treatment creates financial strain. We offer payment plans, sliding scale pricing in cases of financial hardship (limited availability), and free educational resources. Please contact us to discuss your situation confidentially.
