While your radiation therapy team provides excellent clinical care, they often have limited time for extensive education and coordination due to busy schedules. Ray of Hope provides dedicated, unhurried support focused entirely on your education and navigation needs. We complement (not replace) your clinical team.
No. We are a support service only. We do not provide clinical radiation therapy treatment or medical advice. We work in partnership with your radiation oncology team to enhance your experience through education and coordination.
We offer service packages ranging from $450 (Essential Support) to $4,000 (Premium Concierge Care). We also offer à la carte services. View detailed pricing
Some private health insurance extras policies may provide rebates. We recommend checking with your insurer. We provide detailed invoices for you to submit claims.

We provide services throughout Southeast Queensland (Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast). Many of our services can be delivered via phone or video, making them accessible regardless of location.
We comply with Australian Privacy Principles and maintain strict confidentiality. We use secure, encrypted systems for all client information. We only share information with your healthcare providers with your explicit consent.
