Ray of Hope Australia provides patient support services for radiation therapy patients, including education, care coordination, and navigation assistance. We do NOT provide medical treatment or clinical radiation therapy services.

3. Professional Relationship

Our services complement your clinical radiation therapy team. We work in partnership with your healthcare providers with your consent.

4. Payment Terms

• Fees are as published on our website
• Payment is required as per the agreed schedule
• Payment plans are available for comprehensive packages
• Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services are support services only. We are not responsible for medical treatment decisions or outcomes. Always follow the advice of your radiation oncology team.

We maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Australian Privacy Principles.
